Vassilis Katsoulis

Having played an integral role across numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions with Deloitte's M&A team, Vassilis joined Fortivis to head our Business Process Management (BPM) service line.

During his Deloitte tenure, Vassilis consistently demonstrated strong leadership abilities, guiding agile cross-functional teams with a results-driven mindset and was instrumental in delivering actionable insights and ensuring successful deal execution.

Complementing his transactional experience, Vassilis' diverse background includes financial advisory work with Grant Thornton, where he focused on enhancing financial reporting quality for his clients, as well as serving as a Financial Controller in the insurance sector. This background provided him with an in-depth understanding of financial reporting, performance metrics, and risk management – areas now central to advising Fortivis clients.

Vassilis holds a B.Sc. in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus and an M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has completed all ACCA qualification modules and passed the CFA Level II exams.
