Sophia Rizopoulou

Sophia joined Fortivis as a Business Performance Management Associate, applying quantitative modeling and financial analysis to portfolio company challenges. She develops performance dashboards and analytical frameworks that transform operational data into actionable insights for management teams.

Prior to Fortivis, Sophia completed internships analyzing business initiatives and growth strategies across retail, real estate, and hospitality sectors. She evaluated capital structures, built valuation models, and assessed investment opportunities, developing practical understanding of how financial analysis drives business decisions.

Her international education at Bocconi University—where she studied Economics, Management and Computer Science on an International Award Scholarship—provides her with contemporary analytical techniques that she applies to Greek market realities. This combination of global best practices and local market understanding enables her to deliver solutions that are both sophisticated and implementable.
